Swapsies!

Goodness me it's been a long time!! Still here I am again. I've been thinking around "change" and how small changes can turn into big ones. Such simple things, like swapping your black bin bags for degradeable ones, or using an ecofriendly washing up liquid instead of one that isn't so kind to our water supply and our skin. Simply recycling our waste instead of putting it all into one bin.
When people join my team at Wikaniko, I stress that it is essential that these changes are made - both to show their commitment to their business and also their commitment to the world we live in.
Let's make a commitment --- all of us ---- to make a few small changes today for a big change tomorrow

"Your earning potential is limitless, your potential to earn is up to you"

I was given this phrase by my sponsor in Wikaniko and I think it's a great one to use for those people who immediately ask --"How much can i earn?" when they look at any business opportunity. Let's be honest, we know there is no "get rich quick" scheme out there. We reap our rewards based on what we sow..and not just financially.
People join a company like ours for many reasons...but in all honesty, I'd say don't make immediate high earnings your reason - you'll be disappointed. Your business will succeed or fail based on what YOU do and how you do it. Much of it is about trust - you need to trust the product (whatever that product is) and people need to trust YOU. Then you can begin to build the foundations of a good, successful, long term business.
I'm very lucky. I chose a business with great products and a great reason for wanting to share those products with others. So please - if you'd like to be a part of my team I'd love to have you - but just remember that one key phrase at the top of this post!

Welcoming Spring!

Tomorrow is the pagan festival of Imbolc...the beginning of the change from winter to spring. Winter is a time of resting, enduring the winter's cold until Spring comes again. When the first shoots of new growth appear, it's a time for reawakening and renewal. Perhaps it may be a time for us to reacquaint ourselves with nature too. This planet, which we borrow for our lifetimes and hopefully protect for the lifetimes of those after us, is full of special places - be it woodland, a beach, a mountain or even your own back garden. Take a little time to treasure a special place or find a new one!
Later this week, our government will decide the fates of some of our precious woodlands --let us hope that common sense will prevail and that 50 or 100 years from now those woodlands will still be intact and that we can all still enjoy those special places.

Sunshine and Snowdrops!

I took my little dog out for a stroll, in a new place yesterday. On the way back, we chanced upon a little cottage and nestled against the fence were hundreds of snowdrops..the first i've seen this year. Looking at them in the sunshine, really made me smile. Isn't it great how something as small as that has the capacity to spread joy? Small things really can make quite big changes. If a snowdrop can bring a smile, then what could we all do today to bring a smile to someone's face?

Product Review - Hydrating Foot Cream

This is a new product - part of Wikaniko's new own range and it's lovely!!
At only £5.99 it's a real bargain.Using only natural ingredients and essential oils (jasmine, ylang ylang and lemon) this cream is rich and leaves the toughest skin feeling soft.(Take it from me!)I'm sure this is going to be a top seller.
